CASHnet

Caltech students/faculty and staff with active Bursar accounts can log into CASHnet via access.caltech.

From there, users can follow the link to "CASHNet—Make online payments" to view a bill, make a payment, or create an account for others (such as for parents, in the case of students).

CASHNet accounts that have been created for parents or other parties can be accessed directly at https://commerce.cashnet.com/caltechpay.

For e-check (ACH) payments, there is no convenience fee.

For credit card payments only, please note a 2.75% convenience fee will be
charged to the payer by CASHNet.

All payment returns will be charged a $25 returned-item fee.
